My favourite sentence in my natural disaster story.

Last week my class wrote a narrative about natural disasters. My story was about a landslide and a tsunami. My favourite sentence in my story was "Nic, my teacher, would not stop blabbering and waffling on and on about geology and science and blah blah BLAH!"

Sports in term 1

 In Term 1 my school had a lot of sports events like athletics, swimming sports and Top Team. I did all the events in athletics and I believe that everyone else should have done the same because sport is very important for learning and it also keeps you fit and healthy. The Top Team challenges were great because in team sports you have to communicate with others. Here are some photos of the Lake Brunner students in the sports and some students cheering them on. Why Mistakes are important for learning

Mistakes are great for learning because you can learn from them. If your always right then there will be nothing else to learn about. If you try not to make mistakes, then that's one of the biggest mistakes you could make. But don't always try to make mistakes. Just do the best you can.
